Things I Mentioned! -Happy Cow: https://www.happycow.net/mobile -Pura Vita: http://www.puravitalosangeles.com -Krimsey's Cajun Kitchen: https://krimseys.com -CLI Studios: http://www.clistudios.com -Seabirds Kitchen: https://www.seabirdskitchen.com Chia Jam Oatmeal Recipe! ------------------------------------------ Chia Jam: -2/3 cup Frozen Strawberries -2/3 cup Frozen Raspberries -2/3 cup Frozen Blueberries -2 Tbs Chia Seeds -2 Tbs Local Honey (or any sweetener of your choice) -1 Tsp Vanilla Extract *Cook the berries on high heat. Once thawed out, start mashing the berries a little. Lower the heat and chia seeds, honey, and vanilla. Set aside w/ lid on, to let it congeal for 5-10 minutes. This makes a decent amount, so you can put the leftovers in mason jars, put it in the fridge, & eat within a week! Oatmeal: -2/3 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats -1 + 1/3 cup Water -Around 1 Tsp of Cinnamon (I honestly just go crazy and sprinkle a lot in there) -Around 1/2-1 Tsp of Coconut Sugar *Cook the oatmeal. Towards the end of the cooking process, I mix in the coconut sugar and cinnamon) Toppings & Assembling Oatmeal -2-3 Tbs of Cashewgurt (I use the Forager brand) -3 Tbs of Chia Jam -1 Tbs of Almond Butter -1 Tsp of Cacao Nibs
