Here is another variation of oats Toast that is healthy, tasty and perfect for breakfast or snack time. I have used home made bread for this recipe here is link for the same :- https://youtu.be/zzifeRVxE0g Oats Sprouts Toast (another variation for this toast) :- https://youtu.be/6rpA45hMkO0 Other oats breakfast recipes :- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5ybT430UWNc7P_3XnxmpTRn-rCPxrweG Ingredients to make Oats vegetable toast:- 8-10 slice of brown bread 1 cup quick oats 3/4 Cup chickpeas flour (besan) 1/2 cup fresh corns 1/2 cup chopped Carrot 1/2 cup boiled peas 1/2 cup boiled peas 1/2 cup chopped tomato 1/2 Cup chopped spinach Salt to taste 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies 1/2 tsp spice mix 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder Water as required Some olive oil Some curry Leaves (optional) Method to make Oats vegetable toast :- Grind 1 cup Oats to make flour. Similarly roughly grind all the vegetables. In a large bowl combine oat flour, vegetables mix and Besan Add required water and mix. Add all the spices and mix again make sure their are no lumps in the batter. Now cut each bread slice into 4 parts. Dip the pieces into the prepared batter. Places the coated bread into hot tava or pan. Add some oil and cook on medium to low heat until golden brown. Flip onto the other side and cook again press slightly in between. Do the same with rest of the batches. Serve them with any of your favourite Chutney for breakfast or pack them for lunch.
